Lots of juicy info on the third installement of True Blood over at TVGuide.com. I’ve read all of the books, so I basically know the gist of what will happen, but Alan has done a wonderful job with filling in more details and expanding the various plot lines, so I am definitely looking forward to it! Oh, the anticipation….

Debbie Pelt Casting News – True Blood Season Three

Michael Ausiello over at Entertainment Weekly says that True Blood is now casting for the role of Debbie Pelt – the were-fox who is Alcide’s ex-girlfriend. She is present in the third and fourth books, so I imagine she will be an important part of True Blood’s cast over the next two seasons. Check out his picks for Debbie Pelt here.

True Blood Season Three spoilers!!!

You know, I was sooooo disappointed with the lack of flirtation between Eric and Sookie this season. I really became concerned when Lorena showed up that Alan Ball was going to skip the plot of the third novel and leave Bill and Sookie together forever! Bill’s ok, but Eric is where it’s at! If season three does follow the plot of the third book, Eric and Sookie will start forming their relationship, and I will be a happy camper. Hopefully, that will happen – here is an interview with Stephen Moyer with season three spoilers. I think Alan will be working hard to keep the fans happy (at least the Team Eric ones!).

Great moments from True Blood’s second season

As I get ready to watch True Blood’s season finale, I’ve been thinking a lot about my favorite moments from
this season. Here are just a few:

• Jason as the god smiting (is that a word?) Sam
• Sookie’s dream about Eric in bed with her
• Godric meeting the sun and Sookie staying with him
• Lafayette being alive (way to go Alan and team)
• Tara’s mom being sober

I’m sure I’ll think of more as I wait for the finale. What are your favorite moments?

Charlaine Harris is going to be making a cameo in the last episode of True Blood season 2. Does this picture give us any clues to the ending of the season? Surely she will not end up with black eyes and doing whatever Maryanne wants her to do! I have high hopes that things in BonTemps will be just fine in the end if our beloved Mrs. Harris is allowed to visit.
